1 ) Malpua
Malpua is an Indian easy milk recipe. It is a pancake that is sweet and delicious. This is extremely popular in Odisha and Bengal. Your kids will simply love this Indian sweet pancake. The ingredients required to make this easy milk recipe are:
- 6 tbsp of powdered sugar
- Ghee according to your needs
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 4 tbsp of cream
- 3 ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp of fennel seeds
Mix flour and milk in a bowl to make a paste and add the powdered sugar, cream, and fennel seeds to the mix. You can add more healthy milk but make sure that the batter is thick enough to make Malpua. Put some ghee on a pan and heat it slightly. Take a large spoon and pour one spoon batter on the pan. 2 ) Make a Shake

- 500 ml skimmed healthy milk
- 2 to 3 bananas
- 3 to 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 to 4 walnut kernels
Cut the banana into small pieces, crush the walnut kernels and put them in the blender. Now, add the rest of the ingredients in the blender as well. Put a few ice cubes and blend until a smooth shake is formed. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on the top for enhanced taste.
3 ) Pasta
Pasta has a very distinctive taste and is one of the favourite items of children. Make pasta recipes that include milk. They are both tasty and healthy. Ingredients required for this milk recipe are:
- chopped mushrooms
- 3 cups pasta
- chopped baby corns
- 300-400 ml of healthy milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1 green and 1 yellow capsicum
- chopped onions (2)
- chopped garlic cloves
- fresh basil leaves
Boil the pasta for 8 minutes and then drain it. Put butter in a pan and saute onions. Now, put the baby corn, garlic, and mushrooms in the pan and cover it with a lid for 4 minutes so that the veggies get cooked. Finally, add the pasta in the pan and sprinkle basil leaves, salt, and pepper. Finally, put cream and healthy milk in the pan and cook it. It will be ready in a few minutes.
